Art After Dark 2026

Building on the success of 2025, this free, town-wide event on Friday 20th March 2026 invites the public to explore an expanded programme of open studios, exhibitions, workshops, and demonstrations.

Following its hugely successful debut, Art After Dark is set to light up Birkenhead once again on Friday 20th March 2026. Organised by Make CIC, the free, town-wide evening event is expanding this year, teaming up with more venues to bring visitors a night of incredible art, creativity, and community engagement.

Art After Dark invites the public to explore exhibitions, tour open studios, and discover collaborations between the town’s thriving creative spaces. The event is a celebration of Birkenhead's artistic community and a direct way to support the local high street by driving foot traffic and engagement.
